How I Post Blog Articles in My Facebook Group

Written by Jason Brubaker

Here’s the exact process I use to post and schedule blog articles inside my private Facebook group.

Step 1: Grab the blog link

Start by copying the link to the blog article you want to share.

Head over to Facebook.

Paste the link directly into the post composer where it says “Write something…”.

Facebook will automatically pull in the featured image and preview.

Step 2: Delete the ugly URL

Once Facebook pulls in the preview, you’ll see a long, messy URL sitting at the top of the post.

Delete it.

The preview stays. The post looks cleaner.

This matters more than people think.

Step 3: Fix the title formatting

Next, go back to your blog post and copy the article title.

Then head to a free tool I use called ConvertCase.

Paste the title in.

Select Capitalize Case.

This fixes weird capitalization issues and makes the title look intentional.

Now copy the cleaned-up title.

Step 4: Add the title to the post

Go back to Facebook.

Paste the formatted title above the link preview.

This gives the post context and stops it from looking lazy or auto-posted.

Step 5: Schedule it

Click Schedule Post.

Choose your date.

Choose your time.

Schedule it.

Done.

Then repeat the process.
